Report of Bargaining Comittee Meeting

The successhare was agreed to be paid out within 10 days for January and February. The March
successhare will be paid on the usual schedule.
Vitrified agreed in Line 2 and 3 to have mixers be paid average of both lines. Segment mixers to be paid with
segment line.

The merit raises were agreed to and will be retroactive to April 1st. Bands will be raised accordingly:

On the written warning, Company would not budge on raise issue. They refuse to give raises to people on
written warning, this issue will be brought up later on in bargaining sessions on the contract.

The Union also asked for a sefety inspection walk through by the local and international union
representatives. The Company agreed to a June inspection. Inspectors will include 3 representatives from
the international union and 2 local union representatives from each area of inspection.
The union also requested from the Company all Osha reports for the last 2 years.
