Bargaining Committee Meeting
April 10, 2002

Thirty people have agreed to voluntary seperation and the Company should decide within the
next couple of weeks who they will let go.

The Company has agreed to release personnel, health and safety records to the Union.
Personnel files will be available to employees for inspection upon request to personnel
department.

The Company has finally agreed to give the Union the pension records dating back 3 years at
a cost of .25 per page of which there are 5,000 pages. The Union has told the Company
that this is not a problem and hopefully we should see this within the next couple of weeks.
The dates of the Safety inspections will be May instead of June.
The Company would like 180 day trial period on new employees, the Union would prefer 90 days
with a possible two 30-day extensions.

New bereavement pay policy--- you will be paid according to whatever your regular shift is,
i.e...8-hour shift gets 8 hours pay, 12-hour shift gets 12 hours pay, etc.
Also, if you are on vacation you will not be able to cancel the vacation days to take
bereavement pay.

The Company would also like to change Jury duty pay to only 3 days regardless of how long
you are actually on the jury.
