Think you have a grievance? Noticed something different at work lately? Whatever it is, there is a Union Steward ready to help you. On Sunday, February 23rd fifty stewards and alternates attended a Union training session about how to handle problems from now until we get a contract. The stewards will investigate the problem and refer it to the Union Grievance Committee for resolution. The Union Grievance Committee will be meeting with the Company for an hour before or after each bargaining session to try and resolve problems. The Union members of the Grievance Committee are Ed McCarthy from Superabrasives, Joe McTernan from Plant 8, and Ray Bull from Plant 2. The Management members are Rick Zeena from Human Resources, Pete Wojner from Superabrasives, and Al Cloutier from Bonded-Abrasives.
