Bulletin Boards
At the February 13th bargaining session, the company agreed to create some new employee bulletin boards and move some to make them more accessible to people, as well as to give space on the boards for Union materials. The new locations are:
Super: Cafeteria

Plant4: In the maintenance area
Plant7: Outside the cafeteria
Plant8: By the rumor board
NLRB issues complaint, hearing set for may 6th
The NLRB has issued a complaint on the unfair labor practice filed by the Union last October. The Stewards and Bargaining Committee have copies of the 14 page complaint. We will report on the labor law violations found by the NLBR in the next issue of REACHING HIGHER.
